Last night I had dinner at Macaroni Grille. At one point I started laughing, which turned into a cough. Suddenly, I noticed a burning sensation in my nose. I went to the restroom and blew my nose as hard as I could. Out popped a slice of tomato, about 6-7 mm in diamter. That was weird.
